The race starts at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 16, at the plaza by the south gate of the North Garden in Olympic Forest Park, Chaoyang District, Beijing.

It follows a course of about 5.5km per lap, with two-lap and one-lap options, plus 2-person and 3-person family categories.

The event is timed to coincide with the Qixi Festival.

A couple- and family-friendly run themed 'running for love', held to match Qixi (Chinese Valentine's Day).

Runners do 1 or 2 laps of the roughly 5.5km loop in the North Garden of Beijing's Olympic Forest Park, with separate divisions for duos of 2 and families of 3.
