The 2025 participant found the repeated climbs and descents, plus the cold early morning, tough. They rated the pre-race information, aid stations and supplies, medical support, and crowd support positively. Their booked motorbike never showed, so they walked to the start with a hotel employee, and they also noted it was hard to find a restroom on the course.

According to the organizer’s official registration page, the 2026 event ran from 24–26 April,

with the race held on 26 April at Open Theater, Kaamulan Park, Malaybalay.

The six distances were the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10 km, 5 km, 2 km Kids, and 1 km Kids, and registration for that edition is closed.

The registration page lists fees of PHP 2,999 for the Marathon, PHP 2,799 for the Half, PHP 2,000 for the 10 km,

PHP 1,900 for the 5 km, and PHP 1,499 for each Kids distance, plus a separate PHP 50 registration fee.
