The official 2027 page encourages costume participation with the flora-and-fauna theme “Run wild.” The 42.195km course has 16 aid stations,

each offering water and food in addition to beer.

DJ and brass-band performances, along with an after-party after finishing, are also included.

For 2027, Entry fee costs €110 through the end of September 2026, €120 from October 2026 through the end of January 2027, and €150 from February through the end of April 2027, plus a registration fee.

The pasta party on the eve of the race and the Liège city tour are optional extras.

Because the organizers’ FAQ for the start location and Packet Pickup still refers to the 2026 edition, the 2027 start location and time await confirmation.

This competition is more of a festival-style marathon with aid stations and performances rather than a race aiming for a record.

Organizers say there will be 16 refueling stations, Belgian beer,

water and food on course 2027, but please control your drinking and make a separate plan for hydration.

The 2027 costume theme is flora and fauna, so if you are preparing a costume,

it is best to first check shoes suitable for long-distance running and ventilation/friction issues.

The review of participation in 2026 talks about stairs and hills, but there is no official confirmation yet whether course will be the same in 2027.

Please check the 2027 competition regulations for location Packet Pickup and time limit when they are released.
