The Bishkek Snow Leopard Run starts at Ala-Too Square in the city centre and follows a loop course via Chuy Avenue,

Abdrahmanov Street, the area near the presidential residence (Үкімет үйі) and Manas Avenue.

The 5km event starts separately at the Ormon Khan monument.

Course runs through the city centre, lined with Soviet-era buildings and historic monuments.

Bishkek lies in a basin at the foot of the Kyrgyz Ala-Too range, an offshoot of the Tian Shan, so snow-covered mountains form the backdrop throughout the race.

Distances are half marathon, 14km and 5km, plus children's events over 100m, 300m, 500m and 1km.

Adults need a copy of their ID and a waiver; minors need a copy of their passport or birth certificate and a parent or guardian’s waiver.
The start package can only be collected by the participant and is not distributed on race day.
