Blue Hill, ME is a rural coastal venue with no local bus network, so car access is required.

The Blue Hill Mountain Trail Fest is a trail-running festival held on the mountain overlooking the coastal town of Blue Hill, with 5K, 10K, 25K, and 50K events.
Start times and cutoffs vary by distance: the 50K starts at 5 a.m. with a 10-hour cutoff,
the 25K at 8 a.m. with a 5-hour cutoff, and both the 10K and 5K at 9 a.m., with cutoffs of 3 hours and 2 hours, respectively.
BIB pickup is available on Friday, the day before the race, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Mountain Road Field,
with a course briefing at 5 p.m. Saturday-morning on-site registration is also available for runners unable to attend on Friday.
Participants in the 25K and 50K may check a drop bag and receive crew support at designated locations, but pacers are prohibited in all events.
Based on 2025 pricing, fees were approximately $45–$55 for the 5K, $60–$70 for the 10K, $75–$85 for the 25K,
and around $90 for the 50K, with prices increasing after the late-May early-bird deadline.
