Half marathon in Heqing, Yunnan,

known as the “China Silvercraft First Village.” The route starts in Yinqi Town and runs through the scenery of a highland water town.

This is a 6,000-runner race held by a healing small town at 2,200m between Dali and Lijiang.

We have not confirmed the start line coordinates yet. The map shows the host city.

The event consists solely of half marathon, starting at 7:30am from Yinqi Town.

The field is limited to 6,000 runners, and entry requires proof of one half marathon finish or two finishes of 10km or longer within the past 24 months.

Course features thoughtful race support, including 1km and 2.5km mark and portable toilets from 5km onward at 2.5km intervals.

Entry fee starts at 150 yuan.

Grade: CAA Grade B

Getting to the start

起点位于云南省大理州鹤庆县银器小镇 (Silver Town, Heqing).

Full course routing confirmed via the official competition-rules document.

Heqing is a county with no metro system.

The same document explicitly states no shuttle bus arrangements are given yet: transit/logistics details are to be announced later via the official website/WeChat.

Getting to the finish

终点与起点同为银器小镇 (same venue as start, per official competition-rules document).

Stations & transport near the venue

Heqing county near Dali has no dedicated transit card system;

regional buses connecting to Dali or Lijiang commonly accept Alipay/WeChat QR-code payment alongside cash.

Car or taxi/Didi is the more practical way for foreign visitors to reach this small-county venue.

READY TO RUN

From race morning to after the finish.

Know them ahead and the run feels easier.

Heqing can be reached by car from Lijiang Airport (Lijiang Sanyi Airport is relatively close to Heqing) or Dali,

and trains toward Dali and Lijiang also stop at Heqing Station.

At a highland elevation of 2,200m, runners should allow plenty of time for pace, and prepare for showers during the August rainy season.

Registration is first come, first served through WeChat official accounts, including Yueyue Sports.
