“I did their Canyonlands Ultra for my first 100K, I made cutoffs but was at the back of the finisher pack and they were tearing down aid stations as I passed toward the end.”The runner finished their first 100K, Canyonlands Ultra, within time limit but was disappointed to find aid stations being packed up as they passed late in the race.

Canyonlands Ultra is a race that runs on desert trails in Moab, Utah, USA.
It is part of the Run Moab series run by Mad Moose Events, and runs from short trails to long distance ultras on the same weekend.
With half marathon and full marathon, 50km and longer events, you can also experience road marathon distances in desert terrain.
Even though they choose different streets, they have something in common: running through the sandstone landscape of Moab.
Course is a mix of sandy dry water tracks and technical doubletrack.
The representative landscapes introduced by the organizer are the La Sal Mountain Range, a huge sandstone dome, and a wide open canyon.
Not only the bottom of the road, but also the shapes of the distant mountains and nearby rock formations vary from section to section.
Desert trails and rocky terrain form the center of the race, making it more of a running exploration of the nature around Moab.
The landscape that comes to mind with the name of this competition is sandstone terrain rather than city buildings.
In long-distance events, different loops are combined to create course.
Full marathon Since it is a loop that includes a section and a short loop, the way the route is combined is different for each event.
Canyonlands Ultra kicks off the Triple Crown of Moab Series and is also included in the flow of competitions in the same region.
It is the backdrop for the gathering of runners who go beyond completing just one run and continue to visit different trails in Moab.

We provide both pick-up the day before and pick-up on the day of the game, but you need your own photo ID and you cannot pick up bib for someone else.
When leaving your accommodation in downtown Moab, instead of selecting a separate expo as the pick-up location,
it is best to add bib pick-up time to the trip to the stadium.
To enter the departure area, go down to the south of the city and then turn onto a dirt road.
Organizers advise that the access road may be difficult to find, so be sure to check the official location and access description you saved during dark hours.
The main parking lot closes when it is full, and parking is restricted until the afternoon for safety reasons.
If you have to return home early, it is a good idea to plan your parking based on the information on using the auxiliary parking lot.
Water is supplied using personal cups, water bottles, and bladders, and paper cups are not provided.
You can receive water in your own container from the water supply system at the start, finish, and each supply station.
Drop bags and companion access are identified in the supply chart for each event, so just check your distance row and send the necessary luggage.
