A day you'll remember,
long past the finish line.

An elite-only 10km road race held on a closed course circuit in Pulford, Cheshire, England.

Because road-closure time is limited, only athletes with times of 44 minutes or faster for women and 38 minutes or faster for men may enter.

It is regarded as one of the fastest course in the UK and is a World Athletics Label Road Race.

Chester city area — Chester railway station is about a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre, with local buses from the Bus Interchange

Chester has direct trains from Liverpool (~45 min), Manchester (~1 hr) and London Euston (~2 hrs). Contactless bank cards work on local Stagecoach buses; the compact city centre means most race-area logistics are walkable.

Chester is about 45 minutes by train from Liverpool, around 1 hour from Manchester, and approximately 2 hours from London Euston.

Chester railway station is a 15–20 minute walk from the city centre.
