No public transit — car required

Venue is Rotary Park, 309 Carroll Road, Paragould, AR 72450 — a city park with no fixed-route public bus service. The only transit option identified is NEAT (North East Arkansas Transit), a demand-response paratransit service for Greene County residents requiring 48-hour advance scheduling; not practical for race-day.
