“The legs are wobbly; the volunteers ask me if I’m all right and instruct me to keep moving!”

At the D&L RaceFest half marathon Marathon, left-foot pain on muddy and gravel sections slowed the runner's pace, but following others helped them hold on. Finishing in 1 hour 27 minutes 45 seconds lowered their event best by 1 second and earned 1st in their age group.

Getting to the start

Point-to-point marathon relay/race starting in downtown Allentown or Bethlehem, PA, finishing in Easton.

Official site states explicitly there is NO shuttle from Easton to the start lines before the race,

so runners must arrange their own transport to the Allentown/Bethlehem start.

No organizer shuttle exists to bring runners TO the start pre-race — plan private transport.

Getting to the finish

Finish is at Scott Park/Riverside Park area in Easton, PA.

No train station nearby.

More details

Free shuttle buses run FROM the Easton finish area TO downtown Bethlehem and Allentown, roughly 9:15am-3pm, every 10-15 minutes.

Relay exchange points have no shuttle service.

READY TO RUN

From race morning to after the finish.

Your start time, fuel and bag drop.
Know them ahead and the run feels easier.

The D&L Race Fest accepts online entries through RunSignUp.

The finish-time time limit is 6 hours 30 minutes for the marathon and 4 hours 30 minutes for the half marathon.

A sag vehicle (Sweep Vehicle) is also available for participants who fall behind the time limit.

The bib and commemorative T-shirts are normally collected in advance at the expo on Saturday, the day before the race.

An additional fee applies if you wish to collect them at the venue on race day.

A friend may also collect multiple participants' bib on their behalf.

There is no pre-race shuttle from Easton to the start areas in Bethlehem and Allentown on race day.

After the race, however, shuttles run every 30 minutes from Easton back to the two starting areas.

Baggage-drop areas are also available at both start line.

Times are local to Easton. Check the latest official information before the race.
