THE DREAM
The Fedachi Marathon is Chile’s only official federation marathon, organised by the Chilean Athletics Federation.
Starting and finishing at Santiago’s Estadio Nacional Park, it is a course through the Ñuñoa and Macul districts,
with 5K, 10K, 21K (half marathon) and 42K (full marathon) events.
After its first edition launched in November 2025 with around 8,000 participants,
the second edition on November 15, 2026, will expand to 12,000 runners and become a continental-level event incorporating the South American Athletics Championships.
Picture the course in advance
and find the pace that fits you.
Streets lined with cheers, runners all around.
You'll be part of that scene.
Take it slow with the finish still in you,
and meet the city all over again.
From the joy of finishing to the tough moments — read what runners wrote themselves.
“On Sunday, I returned to the 21K, the distance I enjoy running most.”
Chalo Palma Arancibia ran a new course at the 2025 FEDACHI half marathon. He described the stadium start, the long straight sections, the heat and hills, the support from fellow runners, and his final entry into the stadium, where he set a personal record.

The event was established by the Chilean Athletics Federation to give domestic and international athletes opportunities to improve their times and advance their careers.
It is presented as Chilean athletics' official marathon, and in 2026 it will offer four distances together as South American Championship categories.
The 5K is intended for families and first-time participants, while the 10K targets runners seeking to improve their times.
The 21K is a half marathon linking Santiago's major avenues, and the 42K is the main South American Championship event.
The 42K starts and finishes at the Estadio Nacional de Chile in Santiago and is a course.
With the event venue and the start and finish of the 42K in one location,
it is easier to plan your movements before and after the race, and general and category awards are provided for all four distances.
Participants receive the official bib and timing chip,
and registered runners who cross the finish line receive a commemorative finisher medal regardless of distance.
Pick up your bib, check your wave.
So on race morning, you can just run.
Information about Packet Pickup has not yet been announced.
In Chile, races generally arrange collection at a designated location before the race with ID required, so check the organiser’s updates.
For Metro and Tren Nos, just tap your contactless Visa or Mastercard bank card (or phone/watch wallet) directly on the turnstile — live citywide since Feb 13, 2026. However, this does not yet work on Red Movilidad buses, so pick up a bip! card as backup if you'll be taking buses.
