Loop course (single lap for 25K, double lap for 50K) through park trails, returning to the same trailhead.
No dedicated transit card system; Alachua, Florida (near Gainesville) has no public transit reaching the venue. Gate2Gate Trail Run is a car-access rural race, so a rental car is the practical option for foreign visitors.

Lingering summer heat makes hydration important.
