Getting to the start

Hele-On Bus Route 10 (Kaʻū/Hilo) — stops in Pahala town center

Start/finish is at Ka'ū Coffee Mill, 96-2696 Wood Valley Road, Pahala, HI 96777. Hawaii County's Hele-On Bus Route 10 runs between Hilo and Naʻalehu and stops in Pahala town, but Wood Valley Road/the coffee mill itself is roughly 1-2 miles outside town center with no confirmed fixed-route service reaching the venue directly. No date conflict — confirmed Sep 20, 2026 (Sunday), matching source date.

Rural Big Island venue; car/rideshare recommended for the last mile, as the Hele-On bus only reaches nearby Pahala town, not the mill itself.
