Runners follow the Lake Road along the water, with a wide range of events from half marathon to 1.5 km.
Held to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of Kiyokawa Village, the race captures the atmosphere of a mountain-village festival.

Very rural location — a rental car or the (unconfirmed) local bus route into Miyagase would be needed for foreign runners.
On race day (Nov 1, 2026), Sagamihara City's Kitagishi Forest Road is fully closed from 7:00 am to noon, and the roads around Lake Miyagase form the marathon course.
