Teams of two must run together and pass through finish.

The adult races are 6KM and 12KM, taking runners along trails and roads, beside the river and through the forest.

Depending on age, there are also 1KM and 2KM parent–child course events.

Les Frigos, Metz — no specific transit stop confirmed by organizer

Start/finish 'village' is at Les Frigos near Porte des Allemands, a landmark at the eastern edge of Metz old town, roughly 1.5 km from Metz-Ville main SNCF station. Served generally by Metz's LE MET' city bus network.
