The course loops around Lake Chabot Reservoir and the surrounding hills.
Picture the course in advance
and find the pace that fits you.
Streets lined with cheers, runners all around.
You'll be part of that scene.
Take it slow with the finish still in you,
and meet the city all over again.
From the joy of finishing to the tough moments — read what runners wrote themselves.
“I came in 3rd place!”At Lake Chabot 50km, the runner walked the climbs and picked up speed downhill. Even with tired legs late on, she fought to hold her position and finished 3rd woman.
“I was just happy to be out and running.”After missing Lake Chabot 50K's start, the runner joined late and endured steep hills and pain near the end to finish in 6 hours 45 minutes. They appreciated the small race's plentiful refreshments, volunteers and post-race food.
We translated a short line from each public race report and summarized the experience. Finish times are as stated by the author, and past editions may differ from this year's weather and operations.
