So on race morning, you can just run.
Start/finish (loop course) both at 兰州新区市民广场 (Lanzhou New Area Citizens Square). Confirmed on the official government portal and by the organizer's full competition-rules document reproduced on a registration platform.
Official site could not be fetched directly (connection refused). Info instead sourced from the official government portal and the organizer's full regulation text as reproduced on a registration site — treated as official-sourced since it names the organizer and matches the registration URL referenced in the regulation itself.
No metro service reaches Lanzhou New Area.
Same venue as start — 兰州新区市民广场 (loop course). Lanzhou New Area is a satellite development zone separate from downtown Lanzhou and has no metro/subway service; Lanzhou city's Metro Line 1 does not reach the New Area.
The official competition rules explicitly state participants are responsible for their own transport and lodging — no official shuttle bus service is mentioned for this race. IMPORTANT: web search also surfaced free shuttle-bus/metro-connection info, but that applies to the separate, larger '兰州马拉松' (the Lanzhou Marathon proper, held in downtown Lanzhou) — a DIFFERENT race, NOT applicable here.
No dedicated IC card system for Lanzhou New Area itself; it is a newer development zone outside central Lanzhou with mostly car/taxi access. If connecting through Lanzhou city proper, local buses use Alipay/WeChat mobile QR pay rather than a card easily bought by short-term visitors.
Contactless bank-card tap-to-pay is not standard on local transit; cash and mobile pay dominate.
Your start time, fuel and bag drop.

Registration is run by lottery.

while half marathon requires having completed 10km twice or half marathon once.
The total capacity is 2,000 for full marathon and 10,000 for half marathon.
Times are local to Lanzhou New Area. Check the latest official information before the race.
