Start/finish at 5000 Lula Lake Road, Lookout Mountain, GA (Lula Lake Land Trust property). Arrive 20-45 minutes before start for check-in.

Rural land trust preserve on Lookout Mountain, no public transit, car access only.

For 50K runners with crew, best parking is the Nickajack Trailhead, which the course passes at miles 12 and 24.

Lula Lake Trail Blazer is held on Lookout Mountain near Chattanooga, a rural, car-access trail venue with no dedicated transit card system. Foreign visitors should plan on renting a car or arranging a rideshare from the Chattanooga area; standard credit/debit cards work fine for any parking or gate fees.

The Lula Lake Trailblazer stands out for including post-race food and beer and other beverages, along with after-party admission, in Entry fee.

Early-bird pricing is $70 for the 10K, $80 for half marathon, and $100 for the 50K;

prices increase by $10 per distance after September 8.

Time limit is set at 1:00 p.m. for the 10K and half marathon, and 5:30 p.m. for the 50K.

Under the pace, finishers must come in under 30 minutes per mile for the 10K, 18 minutes for half marathon, and 19 minutes for the 50K.

Participants who reserve race camping can receive their bib in advance when they arrive Friday night, helping them avoid the race-morning pickup line.

The organizers state that the race will proceed as scheduled “rain or shine,” with a delayed start or schedule changes considered only in the event of extreme weather in the Lookout Mountain area of Georgia in early November.
