JR Maizuru Line, Higashi-Maizuru (East Maizuru) Station

Main venue is Maizuru Akarenga Park; check-in at Building No. 5. Start line is in front of Maizuru Higashi Gymnasium, near the park.

From JR Higashi-Maizuru Station ~15-min walk. Date confirmed October 12, 2026.

The first half of the course has about 40m of elevation change, but the rest of the course is generally flat,

so if you're careful with your pace pacing early on, it's fairly manageable to finish.

It passes near the Maizuru Maritime Self-Defense Force air base and several piers,

including a section where you can see the 12 red brick warehouses (Akarenga) designated as Important Cultural Properties.
