Official Museum of Aviation Foundation event page confirms races start/finish at the Museum of Aviation on Robins Air Force Base; Staggered starts: hand cycle/para-athletes 7:50 AM, marathon 8:00 AM, half marathon 8:15 AM, 5K 8:30 AM. Military installation event with no public transit access.

Free onsite parking available. Strict base-access requirements: participants must present official picture ID and provide the last four digits of their SSN for a background check per Air Force Instruction 31-118 to access Robins AFB.

Because this event takes place on the grounds of the aviation museum inside Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins,

participants must follow military-base access procedures unlike at a typical race.

Runners must bring photo identification when registering and collecting their bib,

and are instructed to include the last four digits of their Social Security number in their registration information to obtain base access clearance.

This is explained as an identity-verification procedure required under U.S. Air Force base-entry and security regulations.

Identification must be carried throughout the event.

Runners who complete registration by December 31 of the preceding year are guaranteed a finisher T-shirt;

shirts are not guaranteed for later registrants.

Exact entry fees and race-day bib-pickup times are reannounced each year because of base-security procedures,
