The start and finish are on Andrea Syngrou Street, near Trion Navarchon Square (Town Hall) and Kapodistrias Square in central Nafplio.

Half marathon follows the coastal road Bouboulinas to Philellinon Square before turning around,

then runs along the coast towards Nea Kios and turns back again before returning through central streets to Asklipiou Boulevard.

Full marathon completes two laps of this half marathon, with views of Palamidi Fortress and Bourtzi Castle across the Argolic Gulf.

Trion Navarchon Square (Town Hall) & Kapodistria Square, Nafplio town center

Per 2026 edition (10th Nafplio Marathon, Sunday March 29): the full marathon is two laps of the half-marathon course — start/finish are within walking distance of central Nafplio, so no intra-city transfer needed on race day.

KTEL Argolidas (official transport partner) runs a special direct bus from Athens (Kifisou terminal) to Nafplio on race-day morning (~05:00), plus regular Athens-Nafplio service every ~2 hours. Registered runners get a 50% KTEL discount (Friday before through Monday after) via registration confirmation + ID/passport or online code at ktelbus.gr.
