No rail transit serves this area; local KCATA bus service does not run early enough for a 6:45am race start. On-site parking at Garmin HQ is also free.

Organizer runs free shuttle buses from two off-site parking lots: Ball Event Center (inbound shuttles 5:00-6:15am) and Heartland Community Church (pickup at 6:15am, with continuous drop-off until 2:00pm).

This race is held in Olathe, Kansas, home of Garmin's headquarters,

and both the start and finish are at Garmin World Headquarters.

The divisions are full marathon, half marathon, 10K and the kids' Munchkin Run.

Runners in full marathon must be 16 or older on race day and runners in half marathon must be 12 or older;

the 10K has no age limit.

In recent editions,

the expo and Packet Pickup have run over two days at the Ball Event Center (21350 W. 153rd St., Olathe): the afternoon two days before the race (about 3–7 p.m.) and the day before (10 a.m.–6 p.m.).

Online registration is open until midnight the day before the race, and it may close early if it fills, so register early.
