So on race morning, you can just run.
Gautrain Hatfield Station (rail + feeder bus), roughly 2-4 km from the Arcadia start
Start/finish is on Stanza Bopape Street, Arcadia, Pretoria (Tshwane).
The nearest rail-linked transit is the Gautrain Hatfield Station, reachable via Gautrain's feeder bus network.
PUTCO city buses also serve the Pretoria CBD/Arcadia area.
Race date (Sun Aug 23, 2026) matches multiple independent sources.
Same general area — Arcadia, Pretoria (route loops through Tshwane landmarks back to the start area)
Finish is in the same Arcadia/central Tshwane area as the start.
No race-specific shuttle found;
Gautrain's own feeder bus service connects Hatfield station to surrounding suburbs including Arcadia.
Tshwane's A Re Yeng BRT system uses a reloadable smart card called the Connector, sold from about R25 at kiosks in any of the seven A Re Yeng stations;
tap it to board.
The Hatfield line connects to the Gautrain, which runs on its own separate Gautrain Gold Card rather than the Connector,
so visitors using both systems need two different cards.
Your start time, fuel and bag drop.
Know them ahead and the run feels easier.
Arcadia, the start area, is 2–4km from Gautrain Hatfield station, so the standard approach is by train plus feeder bus or ride-hailing service.
At 1,350m, it is best to set your pace slightly conservatively, and Pretoria mornings are chilly in August.
Registration is available through the series website.
Times are local to Tshwane. Check the latest official information before the race.
