THE DREAM
A St. Patrick’s Day-themed trail festival held over two days in Seabrook, Texas.
Saturday’s full and half marathon events are followed by Sunday’s half marathon, with multi-race options such as the “Pelican Challenge” and “Trail Challenge.”
A springtime event along the Galveston Bay coast where completing both days earns challenge finisher medal.
Picture the course in advance
and find the pace that fits you.
Streets lined with cheers, runners all around.
You'll be part of that scene.
Take it slow with the finish still in you,
and meet the city all over again.
From the joy of finishing to the tough moments — read what runners wrote themselves.
“While I was tired, I felt relaxed and ready to do battle with one more lap.”The runner completed four loops at the Seabrook Lucky Trail Marathon, easing their late pace and taking walk breaks in the heat. Sea breezes, water stops and other runners' encouragement helped them finish in 03:57:05.
We translated a short line from each public race report and summarized the experience. Finish times are as stated by the author, and past editions may differ from this year's weather and operations.

No public transit station nearby; start/finish is Rex L. Meador Park, 2400 Hammer St, Seabrook, TX
Seabrook is a small coastal town southeast of Houston with no rail service; Harris County/METRO transit does not reach this park. Small-town venue; runners should plan to drive, with parking at Meador Park.
Same as start — Meador Park (course loops out to Pine Gully Park and back)
First mile is on city streets, remainder on the packed-dirt/crushed-granite Seabrook Trails between Meador Park and Pine Gully Park.
Seabrook, TX is a Houston-area suburb; Houston METRO uses the reloadable Q Card (with contactless bank-card tap-to-pay also accepted on many routes), but METRO service does not reach Seabrook. This is a car-access venue near Galveston Bay, so a rental car is the practical choice.
Your start time, fuel and bag drop.

The key is the waiting time before departure.
If you start off cold, the first 5km will be spent warming up.
The venue is an area without public transportation.
Plans are made based on the assumption that you will travel by car or rental car.

Applications are accepted until March 13, 2027.
Times are local to Seabrook. Check the latest official information before the race.
