We have not confirmed the start line coordinates yet.
A 100 km human-powered event combining 25 km of running and 75 km of cycling, riding between six trail areas and running at each.
The race is held in a human-powered format, splitting a 100km distance between running and cycling,
and participants cannot use a vehicle to move between sections —
they must travel by bike.
Of the total 100km, about 25km is running and the remaining roughly 75km is cycling.
The course begins with a 3km warm-up loop at Virgil Parris Preserve, then continues through a 5km section at Roberts Farm,
a steep 4km lollipop course at Noyes Mt, an 8km lollipop course at Shepard's Farm, and a 4-5km loop in the Crooked River area, in that order.
It finishes with a cycling section to Hawk Mt.

The Land of Light 100K in Norway, Maine, with packet pickup information not publicly available.
No public transit; start at the Virgil Parris Preserve on Sodom Rd, Buckfield, ME
This is Norway, MAINE, not Norway, Michigan. Unusual multi-sport format: course totals 25k of running plus 75k of human-powered cycling between six different trail-system parcels.
Rural western-Maine trail/preserve venue — no public transit, car or organized shuttle access only. A shuttle runs from RADR Field in Harrison to the start (100K solo only).
Hawk Mountain overlook, near Harrison, ME
Finish overlooks Bear Pond toward Sebago from the Hawk Mountain summit area.
Official shuttle via a 'RideShare' partnership, but limited to solo 100k racers: leave car at RADR Field Complex in Harrison, ME, get shuttled (with bike) to the Virgil Parris start.
The Land of Light 100k takes place near the small town of Norway, ME, a rural New England area with no dedicated transit smart card. A rental car is the practical way to reach the venue; cash/card works for tolls or parking.
Your start time, fuel and bag drop.
Know them ahead and the run feels easier.
Since the format requires switching between running and cycling to finish, participants need both trail running shoes and a bike,
and it's worth confirming in advance that support-vehicle transport between sections is not permitted.
The Noyes Mountain section is described as a steep lollipop course and is considered one of the trickiest points in the course for managing pace.
Registration is through UltraSignup.
Times are local to Norway. Check the latest official information before the race.
