KosciMiler starts at 3:00 a.m. on the 27th from Banjo Paterson Park in Jindabyne.

The other three events start at Perisher Ski Resort: Kosci50 at 7:00 a.m. on the 26th,

Kosci30 at 10:00 a.m. the same day, and Kosci100 at 7:30 a.m. on the 27th.

The finish for all four events are at Friday Flat in Thredbo.

The organisers describe the Kosci100 course as a course combining fire trails, narrow footpaths,

very steep sections with stairs and ladders, river crossings, and stretches of dirt, rock and rough terrain.

They also note that some sections are remote, so first aid and rescue may be delayed.

Course markers consist of red arrows and red Xs on white backgrounds, along with pink marking tape.

Reflective tape is used on night sections.

Markers are placed at least every 500m and at every junction, while distance markers are placed every 5km.

The UTMB World Series is an international circuit operated by the UTMB Group in partnership with the IRONMAN Group, launched in 2022.
