The 50K starts in Suwannee Springs, Florida.
Finish is Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park in White Springs, and all three distances finish there.
Course follows the Florida Trail.
The course covers roughly 70 miles along the Suwannee River out of the trail's total 1,108 miles.
The organizers describe this section as a route lined with fall colors, magnolias, and large oak trees.
The 50K is point-to-point, with almost no out-and-back sections.
The 25K was also changed to a point-to-point course in 2024.
The 10K starts inside Stephen Foster State Park and is a single loop that returns to the same location.
A portion of the race proceeds goes to the Florida Trail Association.
This nonprofit manages the state's hiking trail network, including the Florida National Scenic Trail.
The organizers have donated more than $50,000 to date, along with trail-maintenance equipment.

The 50K starts at 6:45 a.m., the 25K at 8:15 a.m. and the 10K at 9 a.m. The 50K time limit is 10 hours 30 minutes.

The 50K and 25K are point-to-point course, so runners must arrange transport to the start.
The organisers operate a pre-race shuttle from the finish to the start for an additional fee;
