Gathering in Cape Town, South Africa (participants book their own accommodation and meeting location;

the organizer-designated hotel has not been disclosed)

1/27 (Wed): deadline to arrive in Cape Town; 1/28 (Thu): race director briefing;

1/29 (Fri): pre-departure briefing for Antarctica

There is no standard race expo;

instead, it is replaced by a race director briefing in Cape Town and a departure briefing for Antarctica.

The first marathon starts at Ultima Base in Antarctica on 1/30.

Airfare to Cape Town and local accommodation are not included in Entry fee, so participants must arrange them themselves.
