Coming to Cape Town? I'll take you up Signal Hill
I'm a Capetonian and train around the Sea Point promenade. If you're in town a few days early, I'll do an easy promenade run with you, and for the brave ones a slow walk-jog up Signal Hill for the view.

TrailToTarmac, nitafika kutoka Nairobi siku tatu kabla. Nitajiunga nawe kwenye promenade! Ukija Nairobi, nitakupeleka kukimbia Ngong.
