Cape Town Marathon · Race buddiesComing to Cape Town? I'll take you up Signal HillI'm a Capetonian and train around the Sea Point promenade. If you're in town a few days early, I'll do an easy promenade run with you, and for the brave ones a slow walk-jog up Signal Hill for the view.♡ 6 · Comments 3 · Thu, October 29, 2026
