Pick up your bib, check your wave.
So on race morning, you can just run.
no rail/metro station at the start — Rue Barbier, Le Mans city center, reachable via SETRAM city bus network
The former official site (10km-lemans.fr) is no longer online; this is likely the same event as 'Le 10 km Le Maine Libre' (LMA 72/Le Mans Athlétisme). Info per 2024/2025 editions.
Allonnes (adjacent commune) — SETRAM's T3 'Tempo' bus line connects Gare du Mans to Allonnes roughly every 9 min
Course runs from Rue Barbier through Parc du Gué Maulny, forest trails and Boulevard Nature to Allonnes.
No dedicated shuttle; use SETRAM buses/T3 Tempo line. Le Mans TGV station (~1hr from Paris Montparnasse) is the nearest major transit hub for foreign runners.
Your start time, fuel and bag drop.
Know them ahead and the run feels easier.
The course starts on Rue Barbier with a fast, paved opening section of approximately 2.5km before entering Parc du Gué Maulny.
About 70% of the route is off-road, alternating between forest paths and the Boulevard Nature corridor linking Le Mans with Allonnes.
The final 2km follows Boulevard Nature.
Expect a quick opening followed by a more technical, shaded middle section.
Times are local to Le Mans. Check the latest official information before the race.
