This is the full marathon Marathon held in Changping, northern Beijing.

It starts at Changping Gymnasium and finish in front of the commercial complex Chaojihe Shenghui,

with China Athletics Association A-level certification and a field of 10,000 runners.

Its defining feature is that it is a standalone full-marathon event held amid the autumn scenery on the outskirts of the capital.

The race holds Chinese Athletics Association A-level certification and is organised by the Beijing Municipal Sports Bureau.

Exact 2026 start venue not officially confirmed at time of research —

news coverage indicates the 2026 Changping race has been upgraded to a full marathon and may be held around Baifuquan Park or the Ming Tombs area,

but the final route/start was still 'in planning'.

Beijing-Zhangjiakou HSR has a Changping station.
