“Before I knew it I was hitting the road crossing and was back at the school and crossing the finish line.”

jimmy76mac got lost several times on the leaf-covered technical course and made up for a gel shortage with cola and food to complete the Bimblers Bluff 50K.

This runner alternated walking and running over steep climbs and leaf-covered rocky trails at the Bimblers Bluff 50km. Dehydration and inadequate fueling made the later miles tough, but the runner kept going and crossed finish in 8 hours, 16 minutes.
