The course starts at the stadium and continues along the old railway embankment,
passing through the 'Wahl' district with a gentle climb, then through 'Wallau' and Franziskuskreuz, climbing about 800m.
The highest point of the course is located near Mückensee.
Distances range from 5km up to the half marathon, so pacing yourself on the climbs is key to finishing.
