Banan District Binjiang Road, Bihaiwan

This race is a half marathon through Banan District, Chongqing.

Based on the previous year's 2025 edition,

it was an out-and-back course starting from the Bihaiwan section of Binjiang Road along the Yangtze River and turning around at Ronghui Jiangshan Zone D (融汇江山 D区).

It is a flat riverside course, and local reports say the course was recently adjusted to reduce the hill sections.

The detailed 2026 route has not yet been officially announced, but it is expected to follow a similar pattern.

Banan District lies on the south bank of the Yangtze and offers visiting runners local specialties such as Mudong douhua fish and Baxian chenxuewang,

as well as nearby attractions including Shengdengshan Forest Park and Nanhu Colorful Botanical Garden.

Exact start-line address not published. The official race page only notes that Metro Line 27 will reach Huimin Station in Banan District (still under construction) and that the district's bus system covers the main areas.

Based on the previous year's edition, the race started at 9:00am,

with staggered traffic controls along sections of Longhai Avenue and Binjiang Road from 7:00pm the evening before the race until 5:00pm on race day.

The field was approximately 18,000 runners in the half marathon event.

Entry procedures and the detailed schedule are announced each year through the official WeChat account and other channels,

so runners should recheck the official channels as the race approaches.
