2027년 4월 25일(일) 열리는 제41회 대회로 독일 최대 봄 마라톤을 표방하며, Karolinenstraße 등 2개 지점에서 08:30/09:00에 순차 출발한다. 제한시간은 마지막 주자가 출발선을 통과한 뒤 6시간이다. 공홈 뉴스 기준 마라톤 잔여 좌석 5,000석, 하프마라톤과 릴레이는 이미 매진됐다.
