This half marathon in Huayin, Shaanxi, runs with Mount Hua (华山) as a dramatic backdrop.

Starting around Yiheliang'an Park, the route heads out and back through the city.

Runners pass the foot of Mount Hua, the Western Mountain of China’s Five Great Mountains, in this C-level certified race with a field of around 5,000.

This course starts in the Yihe Liang'an Park area, with Mount Hua as its backdrop.

Based on the previous edition (2024), the half marathon course ran through Huayin’s urban area via Binhe Avenue,

Bayi Road, Huayue Avenue, Shuangli Huanghe Road and Dongyue Road,

turned around near Wangyue Primary School, then returned via Shuangli Huanghe Road, Nanhuan Road, Taihua Road,

Huangpu Road and Binhe Avenue before turning around again near Huashan Road and returning to Yihe Liang'an Park.

The Yanlou Run (Fun Run, Fun Run) course starts at Yihe Liang'an Park, follows Binhe Avenue and Bayi Road, and finishes at the Cultural and Sports Centre.

In Huayin in November, the most dangerous moment is right after you finish.

As your sweat cools, your body temperature can drop sharply, so be sure to leave a warm layer in your gear bag to put on immediately after the finish.

The organizer is the Weinan Municipal Sports Bureau, and the race is classified as a C-level sanctioned event.

Based on the previous edition (2024), the field was approximately 5,000 runners.

Half marathon comes down to how well you hold back for the first 5 km.

If you get swept up in the crowd and lift your pace right after the start, you’ll pay for it at the 15 km mark.
