Start/finish ('Basecamp') is at 6176 S State Hwy VV, Rogersville, MO 65742, a rural loop-course ultra venue. No public transit service found in this area; car access only.

READY TO RUN

From race morning to after the finish.

Rogersville in December — average 2°C, so cold weather is a factor.

Plan plenty of time indoors before the start so you do not cool down, and it is safest to bring gloves, a beanie, and a neck warmer.

Public transportation does not reach the race venue.

A private car or rental car is the only realistic option.

Ultras are decided by fueling and foot care, not speed.

Break in your shoes and socks well before race day, and if there are night sections, bring spare headlamp batteries.

The start is early at 06:00.
