RACE WEEK
Know the course and time limit, and race day comes into focus.
We have not confirmed the start line coordinates yet. The map shows the host city.
The marathon takes place in Kourou.
Start line is located on the Route de l'Espace near the Guiana Space Centre, between Pointe des Roches and the Diamant launch-site guard post.

So on race morning, you can just run.
No information — no train, metro or tram exists in Kourou. Start line is on Route de l'Espace between Pointe des Roches and the Diamant site guard post, near the Guiana Space Centre.
Kourou is a small town next to the Guiana Space Centre with no metro, tram,
or transit card system of any kind - just a sparse local bus line not oriented toward visitors.
Foreign runners typically fly into Cayenne (about 60km away) and rent a car or arrange a taxi/shuttle to Kourou, since there is no rail link between the two.
This is a car-required destination, not a transit-card city.
Your start time, fuel and bag drop.
Know them ahead and the run feels easier.
