“It was my first time running alongside someone from start to finish, so I was able to really enjoy it.”

The runner ran alongside a friend from start to finish and completed the MBN Half in 1:52:22. Running with the friend was an enjoyable experience, but the runner was extremely dissatisfied with the organization because it took more than an hour to collect their bags after finishing.

“I checked my bag on vehicle 28, but it disappeared!!!”

The runner ran as a pacemaker at the 2025 MBN Half, helping a friend finish in under two hours. They finished with a better result than their goal, but were disappointed by the race organization because they could not find their checked bag afterward and had to search through the vehicles themselves.

“Fortunately, the weather was wonderfully cool for running.”

For their first half-marathon challenge, the runner ran from Gwanghwamun to Jamsil. They controlled their pace early and used the aid stations, but experienced pain in the soles of their feet and toes after 14 km. They dug deep at the end and finished in 1 hour 55 minutes 33 seconds.

“It was slightly chilly at the start, but not very cold.”

Starting in Group B of the half marathon at the MBN Seoul Marathon, the runner escaped the early bottleneck and regained the runner's pace on the wide roads. The runner's leg muscles tightened after the climb over Jamsil Bridge, but the runner reached the Olympic Stadium with a final sprint and was highly impressed by the course through the city center.
