Course follows the Columbia River through Kennewick, Richland and Pasco.

The entire course uses paved paths and roads.

Course offers views of landscaped parks, the Columbia River and the surrounding mountains.

The organisers describe course as flat.

The course records are 2:35:45 for men, set in 2025, and 3:01:00 for women, set in 2026.

The marathon relay records are 2:44:42 for men, set in 2023, 3:14:13 for women, set in 2024, and 3:12:05 for mixed teams, set in 2026.

Half marathon records are 1:11:51 for men and 1:23:14 for women, both set in 2025.

The 5km records are 19:12 for men and 20:33 for women, both set in 2026.
