Course starts at Chengnan Park, full marathon starts at Guxu Water Street, and half marathon starts at Wetland Avenue, where they meet finish.

The route successively passes the greenery of Chengnan Park, the tree-lined lakeside road along Baili Lake,

the farmland around Liushan Lake, the scenic wetlands of Hongze Lake, and the old-world atmosphere of Guxu Water Street.

The terrain is generally flat, with a maximum elevation difference of only 17m, and most of course follows waterways.

Long stretches of lakeshore, expansive farmland, and the Hongze Lake wetlands, designated a 5A-rated scenic area, continue through course at various points.

Grade: CAA Grade A
Typical race-season temperature: around 17°C (62°F): Short sleeves — hydrate for the warmth

No metro/rail in Sihong county; start is Chengnan Park, Sihong, Suqian, Jiangsu

Sihong is a county seat with no urban rail.

During the race period,

Sihong county public buses are free for participants showing their registration confirmation SMS/bib number (confirmed for the 2025 edition, likely to repeat for 2026).

Getting to the finish

Differentiated finish points: full marathon at Guxu Water Street, half marathon at Wetland Avenue, fun run at Sihong Jiangyan High School

All finish points are within the county town area, reachable via the free public bus program noted above.
