THE DREAM
This race takes place under a full moon.
Picture the course in advance
and find the pace that fits you.
Streets lined with cheers, runners all around.
You'll be part of that scene.
Take it slow with the finish still in you,
and meet the city all over again.
From the joy of finishing to the tough moments — read what runners wrote themselves.
“I burst into tears of joy when I crossed the finish line at 11:56:04!”During chemotherapy, the runner covered 32.5 miles at Silver Moon Kings River's 12-hour race despite blisters and back pain. They accelerated over the last two laps, crossed the finish in 11 hours 56 minutes 4 seconds, and cried with joy.
We translated a short line from each public race report and summarized the experience. Finish times are as stated by the author, and past editions may differ from this year's weather and operations.
