No train/subway station nearby;
runners typically use the organizer shuttle from the finish venue.

Finish is at the OC Fair & Event Center, Costa Mesa, with free on-site parking.
Pre-race shuttles run 3:45-5:45am from the OC Fair & Event Center to the Fashion Island start.
Post-race shuttles run 9am-1pm back to start-line parking.

Know them ahead and the run feels easier.
Course starts near the Newport Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, the official start hotel in Newport Beach,
passes through parts of Costa Mesa and Santa Ana, and finishes at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa.
The course is generally downhill,
but three short hills appear around miles 6.5–7, 11, and 14.5 over the overpass crossing Interstate 405, requiring careful pace pacing in the latter stages.
Registration is handled through RunSignUp, and Entry fee increases in tiers depending on when you register, with age-group discounts applied automatically.
With local healthcare provider Hoag serving as the title sponsor, this is one of Orange County’s signature running festivals, backed by a regional hospital.
