White Tiger Leap (Baekho Yak) is one of the races in Kailas’s prominent Hong Kong trail-running series, Four Sacred Beasts.
The series takes the Four Guardian Gods of East Asian tradition—Azure Dragon, White Tiger, Vermilion Bird,
and Black Tortoise—as its theme, assigning each race a symbolic meaning such as courage, wisdom, endurance, or renewal.
The 2027 series follows the race held at Tai Tong on January 31, with White Tiger Leap taking place around Tai Mo Shan on February 14.
Tai Mo Shan is Hong Kong’s highest peak (957m), known for its volcanic terrain, open grassy ridgelines, and sections of the MacLehose Trail.
The organizer is Run Da Events Limited, and participants can choose between 10km and 20km distances.

So on race morning, you can just run.
Packet Pickup pickup information has not yet been announced.
Hong Kong trail races typically offer race-day pickup or announce a designated pickup date by email, so check the organizer’s instructions.

Entry fee started at HK$300 for the 20km category based on the previous edition,
and registration was handled through raceresults.com.hk, with a 7% platform fee reportedly added separately at payment.
On-site entrants receive sunglasses and running shorts as part of the registration pack,
but these are not provided to virtual participants who take part online.
The organizer releases the course GPX file and map in advance.
Given the mountain terrain of Tai Mo Shan, mandatory equipment rules apply, and shuttle buses are reportedly operated on sections that are difficult to access.
Times are local to Hong Kong. Check the latest official information before the race.
