pass through Catalina and Oro Valley, and finish at Pima Community College's Northwest Campus.

Your start time, fuel and bag drop.
Know them ahead and the run feels easier.

December temperatures average 10°C.

In Tucson, wind is more of a factor than cold.

A lightweight windbreaker will help retain body heat, and you should leave a change of dry clothes in the gear-check area for after you finish.

The venue is in an area without public transit.

Plan on getting around by private car or rental car.

Registration is handled through the Race Roster platform.

The point where runners typically struggle in full marathon is around the 30km mark.

Saving 30 seconds early on can save you five minutes later.

Do not skip aid stations; take a little at each one.

The 07:15 start is early.

Counting back from the time you need to wake up, eat breakfast, and travel, it is more convenient to stay the night before near start line.
