An international event held in Çorlu, Tekirdağ Province, Türkiye, jointly organized by the Turkish Athletics Federation (TAF) and the Çorlu Municipality.

The event comprises three categories: a 21 km half marathon, a 10 km road race, and a 1 km Kids Run.

Both domestic athletes and international professional and amateur runners are expected to take part.

Located along the O-3 motorway axis extending west from Istanbul, Çorlu is a key transport hub and industrial city in the Marmara Region.

Through this event, the city aims to strengthen its profile as an international sporting destination and promote regional tourism.

Çorlu is a city on flat terrain at an elevation of 193 m, located along the O-3 motorway connecting Istanbul with the Greek and Bulgarian borders.

The gently rolling course, without steep climbs, provides favorable conditions for the 21 km half marathon and 10 km road race.

The event is divided into three categories, including the 1 km Kids Run, and Entry fee is set at the same fee of 600 lira for both the 21 km and 10 km events.

The exact start and finish locations, course checkpoints, and time limit will be announced on the official event website when registration opens.

Getting to the start

Start/finish is at Cumhuriyet Parkı (Republic Park) in Çorlu, Tekirdağ. Çorlu has no metro/rail transit system; runners would rely on local dolmuş/city buses or taxi from the town center or from Çorlu otogar / Çorlu train station on the Halkalı-Kapıkule line.

October, when the race takes place, marks the end of Çorlu's hot, dry summer and the start of wetter weather.

Classified as a warm-summer Mediterranean climate under the Köppen system,

the area sees its highest rainfall between October and December, with monthly totals of around 60–70mm.

Unlike summer, when daytime highs reach about 30°C, October is cooler and more comfortable for running.

Tekirdağ Çorlu Airport is nearby, while Istanbul city centre is about 1 hour 30 minutes away by motorway, making the journey relatively straightforward.

The terrain is mostly gently rolling or flat, and the course is not especially difficult.
