A day you'll remember,

This half marathon circles the Yiai Lake Scenic Area in Huanggang, Hubei.

Starting at Yiai Qingfeng Square, it passes the lake wetlands and urban landmarks before returning.

With less than 10 metres of elevation difference, it is a flat course with A1-level certification, held in Huangzhou, Su Dongpo’s place of exile.

The race starts at Yiqingfeng Square and forms course that passes Cizhi Avenue, Huangzhou Avenue, Huangmeixi Grand Theatre, Yihu Wetland Exhibition Hall,

Songfengting, Shiyikongqiao, Wukongqiao, Linghuqiao, and Changhe Park (turnaround point), before returning to Yiqingfeng Square.

Centered on the Yihu scenic area, it passes downtown landmarks, with elevation change under 10m — flat, with few steep climbs or sharp turns.

Grade: CAA Grade A
Typical race-season temperature: around 12°C (54°F): Short sleeves or light long sleeves + arm warmers

Huanggang is a mid-size Hubei city with no metro; buses use a local transit IC card or Alipay/WeChat QR mini-program payment, with cash also accepted onboard.
