“This time, I finished in 2 hours 19 minutes!”
At the half marathon, where it rained the whole time, Marie parked in a distant lot and took a free shuttle bus. The course followed the river with repeated climbs and descents, and she stopped at a dessert aid station around 18K for rice cakes, cake, and amazake. At the end, she followed 'Q-chan' to the finish in 2:19.

Read the original on まりえのおうちごはん&節約LIFE☆“It was very crowded just after the start.”
The runner took part with their younger brother and younger sisters, but it was very crowded just after the start, and the runner became separated from their group. After the long uphill section, the runner ran downhill after the turnaround point. Encouraged by the spectators, the runner kept running to the finish and completed the race. The runner wrote that they were about 1 minute 30 seconds slower than the previous year, but achieved their goal without stopping their legs.

“I was grateful for the places where I could shelter from the rain.”
At the Ibigawa full marathon, the runner faced rain and repeated hills. The runner's legs were tired from the long climb late in the race, but the support and high-fives near the finish gave the runner the strength to beat their previous personal best.
