This race starts and finishes at Mie Prefectural Sun Arena.
Half marathon (21.0975 km) follows a Japan Association of Athletics Federations-certified course,
starts at 9:00 a.m., and has a time limit of 2 hours 40 minutes.
Course returns to Sun Arena via Asama-Higashi IC (朝熊東IC), Ise IC (伊勢IC), Mie Kotsu G Sports no Mori Ise (三重交通Gスポーツの杜 伊勢, Mie Prefectural General Stadium) track,
Oharai-machi, in front of Uji Bridge, Dime Stadium Ise (ダイムスタジアム伊勢, Mizuki Noguchi Gold Medal Road),
Ise IC, the Futami JCT (二見JCT) turnaround, and Asama-Higashi IC.
Starting with the 2025 edition, half marathon was renewed,

A local middle-school brass band is scheduled to perform from the main stand.
The 5 km starts at 9:10 a.m. with a time limit of 50 minutes, following a Sun Arena–Asama IC (朝熊IC)–Futami JCT turnaround–Asama-Higashi IC–Sun Arena course.
The Ise-Futami-Toba Line (伊勢二見鳥羽ライン, from Ise IC to just before Futami JCT),
used for part of both the half marathon and 5 km course, is a motorway, so advance course inspection is discouraged.
Cut-off point closure times for half marathon are 9:27 a.m. at 2.3 km, 9:40 at 4.1 km, 10:03 at 7.3 km, 10:42 at 12.9 km, 10:53 at 14.5 km, 11:23 at 18.7 km, 11:32 at 20.0 km,
and 11:40 at the finish.
For the 5 km, the 1.7 km checkpoint closes at 9:30 a.m. and the finish closes at 10:00 a.m. After a cut-off point closes,
runners must board a sweeper vehicle as directed by race officials.
In addition, on Saturday,
December 5, a walk of approximately 6 km around the natural course near Sun Arena and a barrier-free run of approximately 1.8 km on a special course around Sun Arena will be held.
